Age Requirement

Jurisdiction

Excluded Persons

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on mega88. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and any balances within those accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details we request. mega88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Accounts containing false or misleading registration data will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any security codes — confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. mega88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via local payment methods.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited.
• mega88 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Deposits are credited to your mega88 account balance once payment confirmation is received. Confirmation timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
• mega88 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if we believe the deposit violates any part of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• You must complete any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawing bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.
• mega88 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. USDT withdrawals are generally the fastest. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically settled within the same business day.
• mega88 is not liable for any delays caused by the payment provider after a withdrawal has been approved from our side.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or as USDT value where specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses may only be used within the games or markets specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus in a restricted game category may void the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• mega88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

mega88 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account suspended. Winnings derived from abusive bonus practices will not be paid out.

Bet Acceptance

mega88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is displayed, no bet has been accepted. In the event of a technical failure during the bet placement process, the bet will be void and any funds deducted will be returned to your account balance.

Game Outcomes

All casino games and crash game outcomes on mega88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, mega88's decision — informed by our internal records and the relevant game or sports data — is final.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known platform error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any game where collusion is possible.
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information in sports betting markets.
• Any action that mega88, in its reasonable judgment, considers dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Player Control Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control how much you fund your play.
• Time-Out: Request a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choosing. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the mega88 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. We will make all reasonable efforts to enforce it across our platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable session time reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing in any single session.

Platform Availability

mega88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that affects a game or bet in progress, mega88 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly using our internal transaction logs and game records. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the bet or game round will be voided and stakes returned. mega88 is not liable for losses attributable to your own device, internet connection, or browser compatibility issues.

Financial Losses
